I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Nikos II Adventure. The location was fantastic, with restaurants, bars, and shops all within walking distance. As someone who enjoys exploring on foot, this was a major plus for me. The staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They provided valuable information and were able to answer all of my questions. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The hot water in the shower was reliable, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. I had a great experience at Nikos II Adventure and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

our second stay in puerto natales was made even better at Nikos II adventure. the free shuttle, delicious breakfast, and helpful support from Juan exceeded our expectations. we even got to leave our luggage there. highly recommended.

They also organized tours to Torres del Paine National Park, which was a great day trip. the staff, amenities, and location made for a wonderful stay.

Communication mishap.

Friendly staff who were fast and attentive in providing service. Convenient location with easy access to the bus terminal, city center, and nearby restaurants. Excursions and trips offered by the hotel were a great advantage for exploring the area.

The cleanliness of the hostel was not up to par, with issues such as hairs in the shower and bed. The thin walls made it difficult to have a peaceful stay, as noise from other rooms could be heard.
